Transfer from Manas International Airport to the hotel is free for our guests, and a paid pickup is available for 15 USD outside the standard schedule.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability.

We are 3.5 km from the city centre, about 10 minutes by car, and we run a free shuttle for guests.

Yes. In the booking form press "Add another room" — up to six rooms per booking, each with its own guest name. If you leave a name empty, the room is registered under the main booker.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

Use the "Manage your booking" panel on this site: enter your booking code and phone number. You can move the dates with a recalculated price, cancel one room or the whole booking, and edit your contact details up to 24 hours before arrival.

Payment is made at the hotel in Kyrgyz som (KGS) — cash, Visa/MasterCard/Elcard, or bank transfer for companies. Prices on the site can be shown in USD, EUR, RUB or KZT as a reference conversion at the current rate.
